SFDC CRM Analyst

Contract position (may convert to perm)

SMART IT People has a contract opportunity for a CRM Analyst in Raleigh, NC.  

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in a Salesforce.com data analysis function, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.  


Job description:

- Provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to Commercial Operations and departmental customers as they relate to the use of the sales force automation and sample accountability systems. 

- Identify sales force utilization opportunities through analysis and reporting of call, sample, and detail data. 

- Monitor and ensure compliance with PDMA and corporate sampling procedures, reporting any potential non-compliance issues to sales operations management and compliance officer. 

- Help to expand the capabilities of the CRM and learn how to integrate and manage data from CRM with other data sources throughout the company.  


Duties: 

CRM (SFA) Support 

- Address routine questions from end users and support system training as needed on CRM (SFA) system; coordinate with business and IT to assist with changes to CRM  

Sample Compliance 

- Monitor compliance and functionality of the SFA system and software as it relates to reporting of call and sampling activities  

- Work in conjunction with regulatory/compliance departments in areas of the sample audit and security system to ensure compliance with PDMA and corporate procedures; Stay current with PDMA and FDA regulations as they relate to drug sampling 

- Process and monitor sample shipments and other related marketing materials to field sales personnel as required; perform continuous analysis to assist in enforcing compliance 

- Conduct ad-hoc and routine analysis on sampling data with appropriate communication to internal staff and sales. Prepare, validate, and distribute ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management 

- Conduct routine sample reconciliations and validate/investigate discrepancies as needed reporting out of compliance issues to appropriate management 

Reporting and Analytics

- Build reports within Salesforce.com and Tableau 

Train New Personnel 

- Train new sales staff and maintain training structure that informs staff of new system features as they are made available. 

Support ETL loads

- Help adjust and create Visual Studio Packages that help ingest Salesforce and external vendor data into SQL.
