Job description:

This is a key position acting as point person for all Salesforce projects and initiatives supporting our commercial business. Primary business contact for all Salesforce requests from all departments. Must fully understand the capabilities and functionality of Salesforce and be able to oversee and deliver all changes throughout the process from understanding requirements, relaying them to others, and watching for mistakes until all is live.  This role engages directly with business leaders to understand their needs and converts them to delivery of solutions available via Salesforce by partnering with 3rd party Salesforce implementation partners.    

This role is similar to a Salesforce Techno Functional Lead or a Lead Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.  A hands-on, experienced certified sales cloud consultant would do well in this role.  

Salesforce environment:

• 80% sales cloud, 10% service cloud, 10% marketing cloud.  
• Integrations, single sign on, validation and testing with multiple systems including SAP.
