SMART IT People has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a growing and reputable company in Raleigh, NC. Ideally, this candidate will have small business or start up experience. Bilingual Spanish English is nice to have.
Job description:
- Develop Key Results Areas for all team members
- Launch / Develop Safety Program
- Partner with Paragon Safety for lining up certifications, trainings, job safety walks etc.
- Launch and lead our new initiative: Ideal Team Player, by Pat Lencioni (Humble Hungry Smart)
- Lead annual performance review cycle
- This happens in April each year.
- Assist Finance Department with Sales Compensation
- Annual Benefits Renewal
- FMLA Administration
- ACA Reporting
- Annual 401K Audits
- Recruitment, Onboarding
