OUR PROCESS
Screening: SMART IT People will perform an Initial phone screen to evaluate your skills, interests and career goals followed by a personal interview during which we will provide a thorough explanation of the position that you are being considered for, including the name of the company that we will be presenting your resume at . Skills Testing / Technical Interview may be performed at that time.
Feedback: SMART IT People will provide feedback to you immediately after receiving it from the client (positive or negative, so you know where you are at in the hiring process).
Personal touch: SMART IT People will escort you into the client site for your interview, and your first day on the job. We also provide regular feedback and follow up during the course of your contract.
