SMART IT People is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Operations Analyst to join our client's team. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence within the product
management organization, ensuring seamless processes and cross-functional collaboration
to support product launches, lifecycle management, and management of our evolving
product catalog.

Job description:
• Deliver a trusted product catalog as a business system of record by improving
catalog accuracy, standardization, and operational controls.
• Increase quoting and pricing consistency through normalized SKUs, repeatable
configuration patterns, and governed quoting system/configurator setup.
• Improve product lifecycle execution by strengthening PDP governance, driving end-
of-life readiness, and ensuring changes are implemented cleanly across catalog and
quoting.
• Enable Sales and partners with clear, current product information via
communications and enablement assets (Product Pulse, Master Services Guide,
Availability Guide) and partner contact stewardship.
• Create a closed-loop feedback mechanism that captures field and partner feedback,
translates it into actionable operational changes, and tracks outcomes.
• Establish KPI ownership and executive-ready reporting for catalog accuracy, end-of-
life compliance, sales enablement satisfaction, and product development
velocity/output.
• Strengthen partner program governance by supporting managed services partners
with program requirements, scorecards, compliance tracking, and performance
reporting.
